Discuss Episode 89 transcript

I chose transcript 001 as a first 'proof of concept' for transcribing. I chose it primarily because it was short at ~30 minutes. I used the Google Live Transcribe & Sound Notifications Android app to get a raw transcript and then edited from there. The app is capable of transcribing a podcast being played on the same device.
I estimated, very early in the process, that the ratio of minutes of work to minute of audio was about 5:1. Ultimately it took significantly longer, probably around 10:1 to produce a finished transcript. But that is still an estimate.
I've started this transcript, partly because it's one of my favourite episodes and partly because I'm going to log all the time I spend on it; to see if my workflow has improved, to see if the tanks have improved in their ability to be correctly interpreted by the app and to see if I can justify the time spent to myself!
