A revival of the 2015 title, The King is Dead: Second Edition is a quick, mechanically simple but strategically complex game in which all players manipulate the English, Welsh, and Scottish armies, trying to figure out who they want in power as the game progresses. Players can play as many (or as few) of their action cards as they want in a single round, but when they're gone, they have no actions left until the game is over.
